Pactware is required to change the Modbus Address for NCR-80, NCR-86 sensors. The PACTWARE software talks to the Modbus Module via USB Mini to USB. You need a mini USB to USB cable and Pactware installed to change the address.
This process requires 2 items. A laptop and a mini-USB to USB cable. Firstly, take the lower cap off the modbus terminal, then plug directly into the Modbus terminals USB Mini port. Using PACTWARE you will connect to the sensor and change the address.

Once PACTWARE is downloaded, launch the face icon
Once in PACTWARE, click Start on the project starter. This will connect the sensor with USB.
Once in the project,
Ensure you are talking to Device Name: Modbus Module. Click the Gear/Wrench icon, and select Modify address in the instrument.
Change Instrument Address Modbus to the desired address. The levelmaster address isn't used and doesn't matter. Click Okay or Finish when complete.
