Bob Stuck Bottom Error

Problem: "Bob Stuck Bottom" error indicates bob has not fully retracted from measurement position.

Solution: Ensure bob assembly and cable are clear of obstructions and debris. Press and hold the "RET-LOW" button on the SBRII to manually retract. If button doesn't work, check that motor connections on PCB are fully seated. Visually inspect cable path for blockages.

 

Bob Stuck Top Error

Problem: Error message "Bob Stuck Top" appears - bob cannot descend when measurement is requested.

Solution: Check that motor and encoder connectors are firmly seated on the PCB. Clear all obstructions from below the SBRII unit. Use the CYCLE button to manually lower and retract the bob. If bob won't descend to product before retracting, replace the optical interrupter component.
